Dr Castaneda has been doing tooth whitening procedures for about 18 years and is excited about the simplicity, safety and effectiveness of today’s technology.   BriteSmile® is the procedure recommended at Aesthetika.

Laser Whitening
The disadvantages of laser used in teeth whitening are so significant that Dr Castaneda could not recommend this procedure in any situation.

What is BriteSmile®?
The procedure used in BriteSmile® involves isolating the teeth with mouth props, protecting the gums and lips with a sunscreen, and then placing a peroxide gel on the teeth. A high-tech blue light is used to activate the gel for about an hour.

Advantages
The results are very consistent and almost everyone sees a significant improvement. Dr C has used BriteSmile® for several years now and has not seen one major complication.
