1) Reconstructive and Restorative dentistry:

Reconstructive dentistry is defined as any case of restorative dentistry which involves reconstructing missing or broken teeth, tissues or bone. Dr. Castaneda is a specialist in implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and restorative dentistry. No full mouth reconstruction is too daunting for the special skills and attention of Dr. Rebecca Castaneda.

2) Diagnosing a Reconstructive dentistry case:

Accurate determination of present or potential dental problems, is the first step in the reconstructive case. Educating the patient, presentation of comprehensive and modified treatment plans, full explanation of solutions to the correction of the problem, all come in the consultation and examination phase. To improve the ability to visualize dental tissues, 3.5 power magnifying glasses, a treatment microscope, digital imaging, an intra-oral camera and diagnostic models are used.
